Any user found engaging in prohibited activities will face immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all funds and winnings, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities. The Company may also pursue civil or criminal remedies as permitted by law.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Suspension by Company

The Company reserves the right to suspend or temporarily freeze your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that continued access to the Platform may result in violation of these Terms, breach of applicable law, security compromise, fraud, or other irregular activity. 10.3 Maximum Liability Cap

The Company's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to your use of the leo888 Platform shall not exceed the amount of deposits you have made to your account during the six (6) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability, or Five Thousand Philippine Pesos (PHP 5,000), whichever is greater.

Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of those third parties.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, text, images, videos, and other intellectual property displayed on or incorporated into the leo888 Platform (collectively, "Content") are the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. 12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Internal Dispute Process

In the event of any dispute, disagreement, or complaint arising out of or relating to your use of the leo888 Platform or these Terms, you agree to first contact the Company's customer support team and attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. 12.2 Mediation

The costs of mediation shall be shared equally unless otherwise agreed. During mediation, both parties agree to participate in good faith and to keep all proceedings confidential.

12.3 Arbitration

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through internal processes or mediation shall be finally settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. or another arbitration body mutually agreed by the parties. Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, in the English language. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

12.4 Class Action Waiver

To the extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings, whether through mediation, arbitration, or litigation, will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class action, consolidated action, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in class actions against the Company.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the leo888 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
